Terms, privacy and refunds

Privacy

The submitted URL, delivery email and review context are retained for seven days, then deleted. Guest or reservation data is not accepted.

Refunds

A full refund is available before review work begins. After work begins, refunds apply only if the stated report is not delivered.

Revision

One revision round covers corrections or clarification within the original listing scope.

Platform boundary

This service is independent. It does not access an Airbnb account, message guests or hosts, scrape the platform, or promise platform outcomes.
