01

Service scope

The service reviews one public short-term-rental listing. The report contains a recommended photo order, three title options, one opening rewrite, and notes on amenities, access and limitations. It includes one revision round within the original listing scope.

No booking, ranking, occupancy or revenue outcome is promised. The service does not log in to an Airbnb or Booking.com account, contact guests, change a listing, or use private reservation data.

02

Delivery

The report is delivered privately to the email supplied with the order within 1–2 business days after verified payment and complete intake. The review is capped at 75 minutes. If required information is missing, the delivery window starts when the missing information is received.

One revision covers factual corrections or clarification within the original listing. A new property, new source material or a new service scope requires a separate order.

03

Refunds

A full refund is available before review work begins. After work begins, a full refund is available if the stated report is not delivered. A completed report that matches the stated scope is not refundable because a platform or booking outcome differs from the customer’s expectation.

Any refund is returned through the original payment method. A verified refund and its payment reference are recorded in the workbench; private listing material is not copied into that record.

04

Privacy and data retention

The intake accepts the public listing URL, delivery email, target guest, season and owner-supplied context. Passwords, guest identities, reservation records, scraped data and payment-card details are not accepted. PayPal processes payment details on its own service.

During the approved first-order test, a visit is qualified only after at least eight visible seconds and a scroll or call-to-action interaction. A visitor from a locked campaign may also confirm an anonymous USD 29 purchase intention before Live checkout is available. These records contain a one-way visitor reference, campaign attribution, time, displayed price where relevant and interaction or consent state. They do not contain an email, listing URL, form text or payment details, and the storefront copies are deleted after 30 days.

Intake and report files are deleted after delivery or no later than seven days after intake. The workbench keeps only limited operational evidence such as order references, report checksums, delivery timing, cost and refund status. It does not store the customer’s listing text or delivery email in the commercial evidence ledger.

05

Payments, merchant identity and tax

The displayed price is USD 29. The current checkout is PayPal Sandbox and uses test money only. Live payment remains disabled until the merchant account, settlement destination, Live API application, webhook, support contact, refund operation and order limits are verified.

Merchant identity and tax responsibility are not yet confirmed for Live trading. They will be published and reviewed before any real payment is enabled. This staging page does not represent a tax invoice or a live commercial offer.
